1. Purpose

SpamBox is an email analysis application designed to classify emails as spam or ham, generate email summaries, and assist users with AI-generated replies.

2. Google Account Access

Users authenticate using Google OAuth. SpamBox requests read-only Gmail access only after receiving the user's explicit consent.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the application only for lawful purposes.
Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the application's operation.
You remain responsible for reviewing any AI-generated summaries or replies before using them.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before sending them via email.
SpamBox sends emails only after you explicitly initiate and confirm the send action.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the content and consequences of all emails sent through SpamBox.

4. AI Features & Email Sending

SpamBox may use trusted third-party AI service providers to perform intelligent email analysis, spam classification, email summarization, and AI-assisted reply generation. AI-generated results are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by the user before use.

When sending AI-generated replies, SpamBox uses the Gmail API with your explicit authorization. You must review and approve the reply content before sending. SpamBox will not send any email without your explicit confirmation.

5. Privacy

Your use of SpamBox is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

SpamBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of spam detection, summaries, or AI-generated responses.

7. Limitation of Liability

The SpamBox development team shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this application.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
